Carol's life mission is to replace burnout for joy in as many lives as possible (including her own).  With The Better Achiever, she offers the thought of shifting from doing more to doing better, from overachievement for better achievement. 

I'm happy to be given the platform to talk about my perspective of burnout and will be sharing why burnout affects high achievers,  a definition of success (internal versus external) and taking the positive effects of burnout - to explore what it means and what you can do about it.
