Using my experience from the positive effects of burnout, I help you re-evaluate, re-vision and re-ignite your life – which is exactly what burnout forced me to do.

My Story  

I had to burn out physically, psychologically, emotionally and spiritually THREE times (yep, for the record I did say three times!)  before I finally got IT. Until I finally listened.

Ok, not denying, when my flame flickered out it did get kinda messy. I collapsed on the main shopping street crying uncontrollably. It was crying that lasted for days, an inner grieving and feeling of loss that lasted for weeks and while the world I’d known had just dramatically crumbled before me, there was also faith something a-maaaz-ing was going to come out of all this mess.

It did – and, trust me, it will for you too!

Yes, I know, it may sound crazy, but the fact is I’m so, so, so grateful for that final wake-up call because without it I wouldn’t be where I am today. But unlike me, I don’t think you should wait to burnout completely before you stop, listen and act.
